Traveling to Fort Liefkenshoek by DeWaterbus
Do you want to travel to the concert in a sustainable and relaxed way? Take advantage of the DeWaterbus service! Together with DeWaterbus and the MDK Agency, we are putting water transport in the spotlight.
On Sunday, 28 June, for the concert The Penultimate Carnival of the Animals at Fort Liefkenshoek (Beveren–Kruibeke–Zwijndrecht), you can take the DeWaterbus from Hemiksem, which stops right at the concert location. From Steiger Liefkenshoek, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the venue! Could a day start any better?

Important information
Tickets & Reservatio
- Reserve your DeWaterbus ticket through the ticketing system when purchasing your concert ticket.
- A round trip costs only €4 (exclusively bookable via the STROOM festival website).
- Important: The ticket is valid between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
- *For those coming from Lillo, you can book your ticket directly with DeWaterbus for €1.
No bicycles on board
To ensure enough space, we kindly ask that no bicycles be brought on board.
Be on time!
- Arrive at the pier at least 5 minutes before departure.
- Departure times are punctual – the DeWaterbus will not wait.
