If a concert is not sold out, it is possible to buy tickets at the concert location. You can also buy tickets online.
Definitely, groups from 10 people onwards get a group discount of 10% per ticket. Would you like to come as a group, contact us via groepen@festival.be .
We try to make as many concerts as possible wheelchair accessible, but due to the nature of the performance and the natural surroundings (forests, mud...), some concerts are difficult to access by wheelchair.

Yes, you can. People with a European Disability Card (EDC) can take their accompanist freely to the concerts. Reserve your accompanist seat via toegankelijkheid@festival.be.

STROOM is for all ages. You can decide for yourself whether a concert is suitable for (grand)children. The concerts on the riverbank form the ideal environment to enjoy music in an informal setting in the open air. It is not necessary to be completely quiet here and you can leave whenever you please.
Yes, we provide a digitale programme booklet. You will receive the link in the practical e-mail, as well as on the corresponding eventpage on our website. At the concert location, you can read the programme booklet via a QR-code.
During some concerts it is possible to enter later, for example during applause. However, we recommend all visitors to respect the starting time. That way, everyone can fully enjoy the concert.
Employees of STROOM can be recognised through the blue t-shirts, STROOMsweaters, hat or badge.
At nearly every concert location, we provide free toilets. Only at the location of "Hildegard of Bingen and the Dendermonde Codex", there are no toilets available. At the locations which are wheelchair accessible, we always provide a accessible toilet.
At some concert locations you can enjoy a drink at the audience bar. You can find whether an audience bar is available on every event page on the website.
No, bringing food and drinks on the concert site is not allowed. At some event locations we provide an audience bar. During the concerts on the riverbank, you can always bring your own snacks, picknick or drinks.
Yes, taking pictures is allowed. However, we ask to take pictures without flash so that the concert does not get disturbed.
STROOM focuses on nature. The weather is thus unpredictable. We would like to ask you to bring enough rain clothes, umbrellas...
