How do I order tickets?

Tickets are available online through the website. Click here to go directly to the ticketing page.

Do you need help with reserving tickets? You can always go to Tickets Gent via:

  • Over the counter: Sint-Baafsplein 17, 9000 Ghent. Open from Monday through Friday between 10h and 18h, and on Saturday from 14h to 18h. Closed on Sunday and holidays.

Is there a free programme as well?

Yes, you can freely enjoy our concerts on the riverbank.You can find the programme here.

You can also freely participate in the discourse 'Nature with Care', but reservation is required.

Can you buy tickets at the concert location?

If a concert is not sold out, it is possible to buy tickets at the concert location. You can also buy tickets online.

Can I come to STROOM as a group?

Definitely, groups from 10 people onwards get a group discount of 10% per ticket. Would you like to come as a group, contact us via groepen@festival.be .

I am not very mobile/am in a wheelchair. Can I come to the concerts at STROOM?

We try to make as many concerts as possible wheelchair accessible, but due to the nature of the performance and the natural surroundings (forests, mud...), some concerts are difficult to access by wheelchair.

Can I, as a person with a disability, come to the concerts, discourses or riverbank concerts at STROOM?

Yes, you can. People with a European Disability Card (EDC) can take their accompanist freely to the concerts. Reserve your accompanist seat via toegankelijkheid@festival.be

Can I bring my dog to the concerts at STROOM,

It is not allowed to bring dogs to the concerts. 

Assistance dogs are allowed.

What age is STROOM for?

STROOM is for all ages. You can decide for yourself whether a concert is suitable for (grand)children. The concerts on the riverbank form the ideal environment to enjoy music in an informal setting in the open air. It is not necessary to be completely quiet here and you can leave whenever you please.

Is there a programme booklet available?

Yes, we provide a digitale programme booklet. You will receive the link in the practical e-mail, as well as on the corresponding eventpage on our website. At the concert location, you can read the programme booklet via a QR-code.

Can I still access the concert if I am late?

During some concerts it is possible to enter later, for example during applause. However, we recommend all visitors to respect the starting time. That way, everyone can fully enjoy the concert.

How do I recognise an employee of STROOM?

Employees of STROOM can be recognised through the blue t-shirts, STROOMsweaters, hat or badge.

Are there free toilets available?

At nearly every concert location, we provide free toilets. Only at the location of "Hildegard of Bingen and the Dendermonde Codex", there are no toilets available. At the locations which are wheelchair accessible, we always provide a accessible toilet.

Is there catering at the concert locations?

At some concert locations you can enjoy a drink at the audience bar. You can find whether an audience bar is available on every event page on the website.

Is it allowed to bring food and drinks?

No, bringing food and drinks on the concert site is not allowed. At some event locations we provide an audience bar. During the concerts on the riverbank, you can always bring your own snacks, picknick or drinks.

Is it allowed to take pictures during the concerts?

Yes, taking pictures is allowed. However, we ask to take pictures without flash so that the concert does not get disturbed.

What if it rains?

STROOM focuses on nature. The weather is thus unpredictable. We would like to ask you to bring enough rain clothes, umbrellas...
