Dutch artist Rem van den Bosch took pictures along the banks of the Scheldt, Durme and Rupel rivers of models who, dressed in a signal red, acted as silent messengers indicating with their hands the height the water level would reach on the Scheldt, Durme or Rupel in the event of a dangerous flood.
